3️⃣ Breathing Exercise/Stone,Music therapy
📌 Helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve oxygen intake.

4️⃣ Tok Sen & Nuad Thai
📌 A deep tissue release using Tok Sen therapy and traditional Nuad Thai to relieve tension and restore balance.
